Can you get the Athlons?

I have an Athlon based system (only way I could get an Athlon) ordered for a month and the company still tells me that it will arrive "next week".

By the time it comes a faster Athlon will be out.

For all you guys itching to try an Athlon machine, The Chip Merchant in San Diego has two Athlon MBs in stock as well as all speeds of Athlon CPUs.

The MBs are somewhat more expensive than a typical slot one, about 200.00, but not bad considering there is no mass production yet.
