All morning have been trying to send in blocks but the server won't connect.
Neither can I Just got P II 400 and can crack blocks in about 5 hrs now. I am crack happy. What is going on here???
I don't know...it's still out... must be something with the server.. Looks like an email to Seti is in order!
~~ Edit: here's a link to a bug report form, hopefully it'll work for the server problem, though they probably already know about it (?) http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/help.html
I've already missed at least 16 hours now...

Install a rc5 client. Don't let those cpu cycles goto waste!
Virus, you took the words right out of my mouth. (no offense to the SETI crowd of course )
5 hrs with a p2 400? That seems real fast. I have a Celeron 500 mhz and in Linux the fastest I have got is 8.5 hours. Are the Pentium's really that much faster than celerons?
Yea. What gives? I have a PII450, win'98 and a block takes me about 23hrs. with nothing else in the background! What's your secret?
Looks like I'll have to time my blocks when I'm up and running again!
No offense to RC5 (rah rah RC5 Team SysOpt!) but I want to find an alien. lol
Hey Krueger! What version are you running?
I just downloaded ver. 1.06 and it hooked right up! I was running 1.05.
I menat to type 25 hours sorry I can connect again I am just waiting for more RAM getting a 64 MB SDRAM Stick at the end of next week.
