WIN98 SE

Anyone notice RC5 client slowdown when upgrading to WIN98 SE.

My K6-2 350 dropped from 585KKeys/s to 567KKeys/s [img]/forum/frown.gif[/img].

I haven't upgraded my PII333 @ 416 [img]/forum/smile.gif[/img].

Was my experience possibly an isolated incident?

Hi,
When I first installed it I noticed a significant slow down, but then, when I looked at my computer in the morning it was exactly the same as it got with the ordinary Win98.

Maybe it doesn't think much of first impressions, ehh? [img]/forum/smile.gif[/img]

Did you use ctrl-alt-del to close every active program?
