Finally got some more computers up and running

I finally got around to going through my extra computer parts and setting something up. I never thought about cracking off of a floppy drive so I just got done building another barebone system with some extra parts...

Now I have these systems dedicated to cracking:

    System 1
    ----------

    Asus P2B-F
    C366 @ 458Mhz.
    128MB RAM

    System 2
    ----------

    Tyan 1692S
    P2 300 (not OC)
    32MB RAM

Plus I have these running only when someone using them (they aren't mine)

    System 3
    ---------

    generic mobo
    P133 @ 150Mhz.
    16MB RAM

    System 4
    ---------

    Packard bell mobo
    P120 (not OC)
    16MB RAM

    System 5
    ---------

    Packard bell mobo
    p200 (not OC)
    48MB RAM

    System 6 (5 total)
    ---------

    generic mobo
    486 33
    12MB RAM

My stats should start to go up now, I'll probably dump every 2 or 3 days. I have a total of 1393Mhz. and 3.88M keys/sec (if all were running 24/7)

I'll try to get my friends to crack for me too

    Hi,
    Great!

I am launching the RC5 Cracker's page later on tonight (my time) which links to banners, and buttons to click on so that money can be donated at none of your expense, and there will also be details about the cracker itself, along with instructions on where to send your donations if you want to do more than just click on banners.

The current status of The RC5 Cracker (maybe some sysopt member could come up with a better name?):
The chassis is assembled, and can hold 6 Slot-1, and 6 Socket 7 (upsidedown) motherboards. You could, of course put in 12 Slot-1 processors, but there seems to be a lack of Celeron support clips in Ireland...

Anyway, thought I'd just let you know, and the proxy is once again online. Will post more details within a few hours.

    Bye,
    Brendan.

This is great, our Distributed Computing threads are finally starting to look more like Anandtech's! We have people switching from Anand to our team and people building crack racks... Keep up the good work everyone and keep cracking! Let's pass them up.

I just got around to adding a Celeron 400 to the crack pack here. I'll have to see what else I can find.

Ahh, much better. Just yanked a bunch of hardware out of my K6-2 350 to get my new box up. Another Celeron at 464 crackin keys. I have not even looked at going to 504 yet, but give me time. 464 at 2.0 without even trying is enough for one night.
