win2k and win me lan

Well I just ditched WinBlowsMe on my main computer for Win2k. On my other computer I still have ME installed and I was successful in getting the network up and running. The thing is I am having big problems sharing the internet connection. I currently have dsl that uses a stupid program called enternet300 to dial-in the connection. The dsl modem is connected to my 5-port linksys switch through the uplink port. I know that I can use a simple proxy router like AnalogX but I want to be able to have the full use of my connection on both machines. I need to know how to set up ICS on a win2k machine. Whenever I try it messes up my whole network.

Well I got it to work. But it seems that there are some web pages that wont view on the other machine.
