On Novell 3.12 OS, running a Windows 98 Workstation with client 32. When opening previously created docs from the recent docs window in the start menu bar on Win 98, I get a read only warning, file is in use by another user or is read only. I know that it is not being used by anyone, and I checked the attributes - not read only. I can choose either respones yes to open as read only or no to close and the doc opens in Word Perfect anyway. I can then use the doc normally, click save to write over or save as, all work fine. It is annoying to have this happen every doc you open, can anyone help?
