    Win95/98 Shared Internet

Could someone please suggest a 'best' way/program to share a modem internet connection between 2 networked Win95 machines? (Something Simple?)

Win 98SE has built in Internet Connection Sharing if you don't mind upgrading your OS. If you don't want to do that then WinGate is freely downloadable. It works in some degraded mode until you buy the key and then it fully unlocks. If I had a choice I would probably go with ICS.

If you intend to pay for the upgrade, wouldn't it be cheaper just to buy two nics and a crossover cable.
