Dial up (remove the 1 fo long didstance)

I have win95b and am trying to dial out. My problem is that I have to dial an 81 to get a long disance line. But the line properties I have set you can't dial a 1 for long distance after you dial 81. In this version of DUN you can not ( at least what I have found ) remove the 1. Is there an update that will allow me to remove the 1?

You cant just disable call waiting and dialing one for long distance then double click on your dialup shortcut and in the phone number you dial put in anything you want ?

If not you might try Microsoft's latest DUN Update version 1.3
