    winsock.dll gets over written.

I have a problem with one of my pc's the winsock.dll gets over written everytime i turn it off or reboot. the file I want is about 41k that gets over written by a 21k file. If I replace the 21k file with the 41k one it works fine.
    Thanks,

It is not allowing a certian program run through the internet. ( Transmit and receive) the error I am getting is you basic this is not the correct winsock.dll.
My question is: is there a way to have the 41k dll be put in when windows starts up?
Because the program doesn't work with the 21k file but it does work with the 41k file.
    Thanks,
