Alright everyone, Team Sysopt is still in need of help in the RC5 contest so I'm going to post this once again...

Last year RSA Labs introduced a contest offering $10,000 to anyone that could crack their encrypted message using 64-bit encryption. The purpose of this contest is to prove to the government that current encryption isn't good enough so they can raise the standards. So, Distributed.net got together and made a program which uses your system's CPU to crack this code. Let me explain how this works...

The program downloads "blocks" of information which your computer cracks. It then saves the information to a file and submits it once you're online again. Everything is automatic so you don't have to do a thing! Just let the program run. It's a simple as that. What do you have to lose? Nothing! The program only uses your CPU's idle time - meaning it won't slow your performance in any way, and requires less than 1MB of RAM. It also gives you a chance to win $1000 for yourself and an additional $1000 for Sysopt so they can provide you with more updates and reviews!

Distributed.net is giving $1000 to the owner of the system which finds the correct "key", $1000 to the winning team (Sysopt in this case), $6000 to a non-profit organization, and only keeps $2000 for themself.
