Is there a program that will allow you to chat with the other person using Dial up Networking? I know about WinPopUp, but that's outdated and slow. I'm looking for something along the lines of AIM, but that doesn't need internet access in order to work. Tried NetMeeting, but the onlt thing that seems to work there is the Whiteboard. Any help will be apreciated. Thankyou.
