I'm so glad for this. I only live about a 3/4 miles from the main shore line. for last year they made us leave the island. some of the beach houses had 6' water in them and up to 3' sand also. winds at over 70 mph + and the ones that stayed said the waves were between 10' to 15' on the beach and were breaking over the roads and into yards and houses.

there was like 53 houses WWW. and we only have a month before we do it all over again.
