best case under hmm $70

I'm building a new Athlon system.
Looking for recommendations on Midsize tower cases.
Specs:
ATX
Pwr Supply: 350 - 400 w
Cooling fans: min 2 possible 3
Access both sides
racks for 4 3.5" devices two/bay
bays for 3 or 4 5.25" devices

The power supply and cooling biggest issues of course, so reliable decent quality there.

Color and style no big concerns.

Future power makes a case with a 400W PS that I just purchased for $50 including shipping from AmeriComp. Inc. Check pricewatch.com. However at this price, I doubt that the 400W PS is really as good as a Antec, or EnerMAx, etc. So far so good for me, but I'm treating it like a good 300W PS.
