"Xcel2000" is the alias name that PC-Chips put on the SiS 620+5595 chipset.
Their commonly used models with that chipset were the 741LMR and LMRT mATX models, as well as the 748MR, LMR, LMRT, MRT or T BAT models - and there were some more OEM specific ones. (The "T" ones are socket-370/slot-1 twin architecture, the others are older and slot-1-only.)
So I suggest you go to http://www.pcchips.com.tw/product.html and see if you find a match, and/or pay the PC-Chips Lottery a visit. Whatever you do, don't do things like BIOS updates unless you are 100.000 percent sure you have identified it.

So quit whining and start describing what you have - slots, sockets, connectors, writing on the larger chips, form factor, whatever you can identify.

When you boot the computer press pause at the screen that shows all the numbers...at the bottom there is a long string of numbers...write them down. Within that string is a set of numbers that will ID your board...go to Amptron and select Motherboards. Now look at the ones with both processors and see if any of the model numbers match any of the numbers in that string. My kids have the PII-3741LMRT.
