    USB on P5I430TX-250 Titanium I

    Hi all,
    i read the thread about USB on 430VX. It sounds as if USB should work on my m/b, but it doesnīt.

    I have no USB options in my bios but for keyboard.

    All info about bios upgrade i found did not mention usb at all.

    What can i do?

    430TX uses PIIX4 or PIIX4e south bridge chips, and those always had USB 1.0 compliant controllers in them.

    You don't need any USB options in BIOS - USB is entirely driver controlled, except for using an USB keyboard outside of USB-aware operating systems.
