    Lightbulb building a comp for my sis what do u think of this ?

    what do u guys think ?
    all of this stuff is brand new
    and she is gona use it mainly for surfing the internet and doing homework
    the only thing im thinking of changing is the nokia montior since i can get a good 15" mon for 75$

    I think that will be a great system for her..but maybe see if she can come up with the extra 21$ and keep the 17" monitor

    Brydon's right, you could play some multiplayer. Don't think she won't either! I'm 16 and my sister is 19 and she LOVES to play Rogue Spear online.

    i got a great offer today and i took it

    i got a brand new 19" mon for her
    it only cost 199$

    its a no name brand but it has good image quality so its ok

    i hope that she will be happy

    because im paying for all this myself as a gift to her for her birthday

    I would think twice about that SB PCI 128 if she ever want's to play 'Aliens Vs Predator'.
    Even with the latest game patches and card drivers you only get a few sounds out of it and i've heard a few other games have the same problem. Other than that, nice system.

    im a retailer so i get these prices because i order hmmm 1000units of each thing


    the cpu has changed to a amd K6/3 550
    i got it for 89$ so this is turning out into a real power system
    almost too good for my sis :/
    but me dont care its her birthday and all

    also the soundcard has been changed to a SB live player 1024 for 25$

    so the total of the comp has gone up by hmm about 70$ but then again now its a power system and not a bugdet one
