When I boot up my computer it goes through the initialization process, beeps then it will just sit there with a blinking cursor and go no where. I tried a few things in the bios but no help. I then put my Win ME backup disk in the drive and reboot and it says operating system not found. I know it is there because sometimes i can get it to find it after many boots. I also cant get into the F8 screent to enter safe mode either.
