Question VIA Apollo Pro133A 4X AGP Motherboard

I'm buying a computer that has a VIA Apollo Pro133a 4X AGP Moterboard, it's running Pentium III 677. I was wanting to know if this motherboard is a good one or not. If it is upgradeable or not.

This chipset can handle the current highest intel p3's, maybe not 1.13ghz cause that's intel's problem cause that cpu is faulty. But, overall the via apollo is a cheap p3 solution and can handle any p3 speed out in the market now, highest is p3 933 cause 1ghz is oem and only sold to system builders.I prefer intel i815e though cause it has ata100 and intel chipsets are more compatible with hardware.
