Does the MB work? I've installed mine on carpet and never had any problems. Just have to ground yourself to the metal case before touching it, and make sure the power cords out of the back.
You can hook it up to a UDMA 33 board, but it will only run at 33, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a UDMA 66 HD.

well i havent tested it yet cause i made a bad choice by buying and installing each part as soon as i have enough money till its done
it should work

It sounds like you're probably okay. Were you wearing an anti-static wrist strap? Did you make sure to ground yourself by touching the metal of the case? There is no way to know unless you have enough components to power it up whether you fried it or not.

Should be no reason why you would've fried it unless you shuffled around in your socks on carpet and if the air in your house is so dry that your eyeballs burn constantly.
Don't worry about it and get the thing put together and fired up.
Good luck!
