    486 jumper settings

I have a Reply 486 motherboard (an upgrade motherboard for a old 8086 computer) that currently has a DX4/100 chip. According to the manual it supports both the 25 and 33 mhz bus speeds. Since it has three bus speed jumpers, it must support (undocumented) additional bus speeds. Question is, has anyone ever experimented with this paticular board? I would love to find the setting for the 40mhz bus speed...

    Thanks, David

Since it has a DX4-100, and three bus jumpers.I'm sure it will run 40mhz bus. With three jumpers there is only so many settings right? I would run the bios string,to find the latest upgrade. Then I would find an AMD DX4-133/P75 chip. That and the max memory would make a real difference...
