PLEASE tell me more about this mother board

Yes i wanted to know more about this board here is some info i found on it here is a link to it to if it works. Wanted to get it because its only 89 dollars here.Also wanted to know is this board jumperless because i i going to get 300a celreron for 79 dollars so i can overclock the sucker. Can i do it with easy on this board?
