If all you care is running the Celeron, anyone of the two will work. BH6 tends to be cheaper. BX6 Revision 2 offers the user posibilities for the future - like when the 256MB SDRAM sticks becomes so cheap, this board can handle it. If you were lucky enough to get a Celeron that can handle over 500, BX6 revision 2 allows you to use 1/4 PCI multiplier.

    I feel the BX6 v2.0 makes the BH6 obsolete!

Definately go with the BX6-2. And if you look hard, you can still find retail boxed, Malysian Celeron 300a with the SL32A sSPEC code out there for about $100. Do yourself a favor if you plan on OC'ing and spend the extra $30.
