Bios upgrade for American Megatrends Bios

I have a matsonic mb with American Megatrends v1.00 id FC 01 00 Bios. I need to flash upgrade so I can install an AMD K62-400 processor. I downloaded the upgrade file and the directions. They tell me to Restart into dos and run the flash utility. Where do I get it? It is not on Matsonic's site, or at least I couldn't find it. Also, I have never flashed a bois, is there a site that gives detailed instructions? I would hate to screw up a Bios chip! Thanks!!!!!

get a blank floppy, go to dos prompt and type; sys A:
then on the same disk, put your unzipped bios{.bin}
The flash utility is either on matsonic.com or pcchips.com as they are the parent company{well the company that makes the boards for matsonic}.
Once you have the 3 files on the disk; reboot with the disk in, you will come to an A: prompt
type what your bios is..heres an example;

A:
A:awdflash BH6_HN.bin /cc
that is for award bios
ami has the exact same way of doing it,
you just use the ami flash utility.
