K 6-2 350 and TMC TI5VG+ Motherboard

My opinion would be to choose the EPoX MVP3G-M to go with that K6-2 350

I currently am running mine @ 3.5*112 (392) with this board and its extremely stable. I also ran Prime95 for 12 hours to burn in the o'c. (good test for o'c stability)

I seem to recall that the TMC TI5VG+ was an OEM model of the California Graphics Photon100 HC. (I may be wrong) And from some of the responses posted around the web, there seems to be something like a 40/60 split between those who like/those who dislike the Photon100 HC.

If you haven't got the board yet, then I would suggest the MVP3G for EPoX
