Do K6-2s and the Abit PX5 mobo mix???

Can it be done? I have a Abit PX5 mobo with the latest Bios Revision and I'm wondering if I can run say a k6-2 300 on it? Since it runs at 66mhz I should be able to run it. The only thing is that my voltage thing on this mobo seems to only go down to 2.5? Is that too hot? Has ANYONE got any K6-2 to work with this motherboard? All input would be greatly appreciated.
