586F61-PB motherboard Ver.2

I have the above mentioned motherboard and a "Cyrix 6X86L-PR150+GP" CPU. Core on CPU is 2.8v and I/O 3.3v. So here are the Questions:
1. Who is the motherboard manufacturer and
2. What are the jumper settings for time?
3. What are the jumper settings for the core and I/O?
4. Could use docs if I could find manufacturer.
