Hewlett Packard needs to actually give the info
Well, after 3 hours of searching I finally found out what motherboard I had in my Hewlett Packard Pavillion 8140...HP gives NO info about it. In the book it says to go to their website and on their website all it says is "Its a state of the art motherboard that with the Intel blah, blah blah chipset." BUT NO NAME!!! I finally took apart the computer and only found a serial number and a code. I went back to HP's website and found a BIOS Flash and it was named ASUS2.491. Well, I assumed that that meant that I had a ASUS board so I went to their site and searched fo rthe model # I found. DAMIT HP, just GIVE THE INFO ON YOUR WEBSITE!!
