    Mobo Repairs.

Have a new FIC VA 503+ mobo that was damaged while being installed in a case. It needs a chip replaced.

Does anyone know of a repair station that will do this kind of work? And is it worth it? Alternative is to trash the board.

WOW and this is a great motherboard too.
I would call whomever you bought the MOBO from and tell them it has a faulty chip. If they ask how it happened tell the truth and see if they would RMA it for you. I have replaced some chips on boards but the chips that are soldered on both sides are a tussle I dont think you are going to find any shop that will do this work.
