How far have you o/c the AGP?

How far is too far? For example, I have my FSB at 84mhz making my celery 433 a 546. I have the AGP divider at 2/3 now so that makes the AGP running at 56mhz (10mhz slower than the default 66). If I put the divider back to 1/1 what would be a serious downfall (besides prolly blowing up my GF2). Worth the risk or no. Im asking cause I saw a post a few weeks ago about someone running the AGP slot at over 100mhz and it was ok.

So if ya got the info, please share! Cause sharing is caring!!! I work with kids all day...give me a break.

84 is fine you could run it a 1/1 divider no problem.

I run my GF2 at 95 mhz AGP on my bx board no problem.

The only downfall is that is might shorten the life of your card but not by much if anything.

btw hows it going barney hehe /jk

It depends on the card but your card should run at 84mhz fine,My AIW Radeon doesn't seem to mind running at 100mhz.

Excellent! Can I expect to get any performance increase?

Well that really depends, the AGP speed is only really necessary if the card runs out of memory and need to use the main memory, if it has sufficient like most 64mb DDr cards they don't really see a difference from 2X-4X so an extra couple a hz should make much diff.
