Best TNT2 Drivers? and WHERE?
Hi. I used to get video drivers from one site, and I can't remember which one. Completely blank on this one.
Anyway, I have a TNT2 card, and have no idea where we are as far as the driver versions. I think the last time I had a TNT2 I was running (maybe?) 3.8x drivers? Heck I don't know, it's been so long.
Anyway, I'm running win2k, and would like the best (hopefully stable AND fast?) drivers.
So what's your opinion, and where do you get your drivers.
Thank you, and have a great weekend.

The best driver for a TNT2 card would be the 6.50 ver. The latest official release is 12.41
get them here: http://www.nvidia.com http://www.guru3d.com/download/nvidia.shtml

You can get them at Nvidia.com
Here is the link for Win 2k http://www.nvidia.com/view.asp?PAGE=windows2000

Detonator V.6.50 would be optimal for your video card if you're running DX7 on your Win2k. Otherwise, you may want to try newer version if you're running DX8. One of my systems at work is using a TNT2 M64 on Win2k with Detonator 10.60 with DX8.

I'll take two... CPU's
I have seen problems in rendering with the 12.x+ series on the TNT2/TNT2U series cards.
As for where else to get them... www.3dchipset.com seems to have both the most current and the oldest retired drivers for just about anything.

Thanks all. I still haven't run into the "old" site I used to go to, but hey, with all the help you have given me, I don't think any other site could be any more help!
Thank You.
