Post info on how high you hit, which card you use and what utility you used to overclock it. Please also tell if you get artifacts or not.

Got my Prophet2 GTS 64MB to 245/375 with no problems at all. I just used the hardware tab with nVidia's Detonators. I did this on both an Epox 8KTA and an Abit KT7.

I can only get my v7700 pure up to 350, memory. Any higher and it "snows" in Quake 3. Pretty pathetic compared to people that can hit 400's. I'm also using the overclocking program within the detonators.

Well. I'm hittin 210/375 with no problems at all. 215 has a very very very small artifacting in q3arena.

Witha Leadtek, I got 240/370 w/o artifacts
I can get up to 240/390 w/o artifacts in 3d, but I get them while scrolling down webpages n stuff.
Default cooling on it.

What are Artifacts? Is it Like Multi Colored textures that are not supposed to be there like wierd colorsI got a Diamond Viper V550 and i overclocked it with some prog i forget If it because of the overclocking where can i get a prog to underclock it.
It very annoying.

Artifacts are visual static in your images. Like watching a television channel that is corrupted by static.

I'm at stock core and 395 mem, no probs, tried 400 but got some glitches, so 395 it is! i'm happy
