TNT2 Drivers

Can someone direct me as to where I can download the latest reference drivers for the TNT2 (non-ultra) video cards. I have the Diamond TNT2 32MB. Also, is there a utility that I can download (DOS or whatever) that I can use to test the video memory incase I suspect any problems?
