Diamond v770 any good?

I have the following system config:
mobo: fic va503+
(i know, not the best board around)
cpu: amd k6.2 400@450mhz
ram: hyundai pc100, 64 mb sdram
graphics: diamond m/f banshee 16mb

cant see that anything else matters
and now i wonder, is diamond viper 770
a good way to go if i wanna upgrade
the graphics ?

If you want a really good card, the Viper 770 Ultra is the way to go. Run all my games at max detail and max resolution and they all run smooth and clean. (Halflife at 1280x960, Rollcage at 1600x1200x32)
