i went ahead and did a re-install of '98 a few minutes ago, that meant updating EVERYTHING, and wanted to let you know that my CL TNT, DVD, & Sblive all updated without a hitch.

you might wanna take another look at your setup, bro, maybe slow it down during updates.

OK, Creative Labs is really starting to get me mad. Why did they have to make their driver updates automatic? Something is wrong with my system and it freezes whenever I go to update drivers, so whenever I got a new driver I would delete the drivers from the system control panel and go to "add new hardware" Now that CL has made their driver updates automatic my system freezes and I can't update my drivers!

Any know why my system freezes when I go to update instead of re-installing the hardware?
