    Phoenix Maxi Gamer 2x Compatable?

    Can some one give me some info about the 2x
    mode for an AGP video card.

    the maxi gamer is a voodoo banshee board...

    the banshee ONLY ACCEPTS A 1x AGP bus.... if you have it set to 2x agp bus in the bios it is still running at 1x....

    AGP 2x is 2 times the speed of normal AGP which doubles the bus frequency of the original AGP, thus increase in data transfer rate and better rate for AGP Texturing.
