    SECOND MONITOR forvideo editing using celeron300a- WIN98-MATROXG200-viewsonic 17 "

    HAI TO ALL

    iam using win98. i have MATROX G200 8MB RAM AGP for video edting& iam using VIEWSONIC E771 17" monitor as my first monitor
    i also intend to use both PREMIER V5
    as well as ULEAD MEDIA STUDIO

    i would like to go for one more monitor( i have 14 " viewsonic)

    can anyone give suggestion or opinion on the second PCI-VGA CARD which is compatible as well as better in supporting
    SECOND MONITOR

    i hope even 2MB card PCI CARD is ok for the 2nd monitor .
    kindly clarify....
    by the way how is MATROX PRODUCTIVA G100 with G200 AGP

    any URL for this subject

    g100 supportt 2 monitor all by it self;;

    it will run fine with ur g200

    Sorry but g100 will do multi-monitor alone
    buyt only under nt(nt version)

    I know it's been a while, but when Win98 first came out, the two monitor support would not allow an AGP card on the primary monitor. Two monitor support was the only reason I was interested in upgrading from Win95 OSR2 and that stopped me. Has it been patched since then?
