    BNC cables for PC monitor

    I have a 20 inch monitor and I have noticed and option to use BNC cables, which have 5 separate connections to the back of the monitor. It is my understanding that each connection is for a certain color. I would like to know if I can expect better performance from my monitor? I have a video card with 4mg of ram, and a 200 pentium with 64 mg of memory ram.
