    viper 550 pci

    I have a Viper 550 PCI with a Asus P2B PII 400 and 128 RAM PC100. Getting direct draw failiures after initial use of programs\games. I have to reboot in order to resume another application. I have the current bios and drivers for all involved. I have seen other messages simalar to this. Any tips?

    id check your drivers out to make sure they are they newest and check your bios settings and slow your memory down by adding a cycle or two in timing

    If you are using the diamond drivers (which I have had numerous problems with) I'd say try the Nvidia reference drivers. You can grab them at www.nvidia.com I use these drivers and have not had any problems with my card. Btw, you are not overclocking anything are you?
