Asus V3400tnt-TV

Hi.
Could some one please explain this :
Tyan 1386dlu thunder 100 mobo ,PII400,128 sdram,baracuda 4.5gig scsi HD
2x quantum viking HD's Asus V3400tnt TV AGP video card.Dual boot win98

and WinNT4 sp4.
It works fine in win98 but in NT everytime i click a mouse button screen
slightly moves, "jumps".I tryed video card reference drivers and Asus
drivers and no luck
Not acceptable- i use this computer for graphic design..
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Have you check NT's Event Veiwer for possible conflicts. Have you installed any drivers, software or hardware that required NT retrieving files off the original CD? If so you'll need to reinstall SP4. Everytime NT gets anything off that disk SP4 needs to be updated.

No conflicts in event viewer.Yes i even reaplyed SP4 and it sill "flickers".It seems
that hardwarevice everything is OK.I'm realy
stumped here.
