    Diamond Fusion and Win 95

    A friend has this card and In Controls will not allow changes to the refresh rates. It used to on here old 2MB Diamond Stealth card.

    Was there something in Win 95 that allowed refresh rates to be changed if say there were no Diamond products on this PC?

    Asus P2B
    64 MB PC-100
    Celeron 300A
    WD hard drive.

    I have similar problem with this card with W98, ABIT BX62.0, Celery300A. I'm using my old card now too. If I learn something about this, I'll let you know.
