VIDEO ON VIDEO CARDs?
Yes i wanted to know something about video. Any video i see watch or view either on realplayer on on a games. Is really blocky and you can see like little dots. Its not clear at all. Is this because my video card is an old ati rage pro II+. Or does it have something to do with the cpu. Can some please tell me if you look at any kind of video does it appear clean and clear?

nothing to do with Video card...as far as i know......
perhaps the player/driver...check them up
