What is a good, cheap video card to buy?

I need to buy a good video card at a good price, and I only have ISA and PCI slots.
Could you recommend so really good video cards that are at good prices and where I could buy them?

The diamond stealth g460 is a pretty good card. It only costs about 60 or 70 dollars. If you want a real good 3d card for a good price, try the Guillemot Phoenix. 16MB of SGRAM Voodoo2. The price on that is about a hundred dollars

Since your limited to PCI, get yourself a Creative Labs Voodoo Banshee. I know everyone here must thick I'm insane about this card (check out my other posts), but this is the best 2d/3d card avaible today. You should average around $100 U.S., but since Voodoo3 is redy to emerge, I would suspect these cards to drop to at most $60.
