Diamond Monster Fusion/Celeron300A/ABIT BX6 2.0 Problem
I bought recently Monster Fusion AGP card and it worked well with my old system - AMD K-6 233/ FIC-503. Now I'am upgrading to a new system with ABIT BX6 2.0 MB, Celeron 300A, W98. The systems works well in 640/400 resolution in Standart VGA mode without Diamond's drivers. When I Installed the drivers from the CD which came with the board I didn't see the change in the Display Properties, except that the Display adapter was detected as unknown, and the monitor is also unknown ( NEC M500 originally).
I tried the instalation procedure exactly as given in the installation booklet, and also I tried to change the driver from the adapter menu, but so far everything is unsuccessful. Now I'm using my old card Diamond Stealth 64 Video PCI (S3 968), and it works ok.
The system behaves the same way both overclocked at 450MHz and at the default 300Mhz.
When I get to the System Menu in the driver properties I see that a message that the device has a problem, but it it not described in details.
I'll appreciate your help!
