    Kareem,

Im running a CL Riva TNT on a ASUS P5A-B board. With a K6-2 350 (o.c. 400). I had to do several things to get my card working. First you need to upgrade to the newest BIOS level. You can get the newest BIOS for Asus @ www.asus.com. The go to www.acerlabs.com
and upgrade your AGP driver to 1.5 (if your card is AGP and not PCI) then you need to make a registry change to the OpenGL register to get it to run smoothly.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\nvidia Corporation\RivaTNT\OpenGL

    Change the following two entries:
Enable BufferFlipping is 0, set it it 1
Enable Vblank Wait is 0, set it to 1

I did all of the following and my TNT runs perfectly.
