replace AGP ATI Rage IIc 4mb with ???

I have a AMD K6-300 64mb and would like to upgrade my Graphic card. I only want to spend $125, should I replace my ATI with a AGP Creative Labs 3D Banshee 16mb or add a PCI Monster Fusion Banshee 16mb to supplement my current AGP ATI...can u use AGP and PCI cards together??

I just replaced an ATI Expression 4MB with a 16MB AGP Riva TNT chipset card by "Leadtec" The system is almost identical to yours - I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with the new card.

It's incredible, really.

I do not know about most graphic cards with this chipset, but this one even came with a built in heatsink and fan.
