Where can I control the Bass & Treble in the
SoundBlaster PCI 128???

If you installed the creative lab software, check the mixer in the Audio HQ. Otherwise, Use the Advanced button in your Volume control.

If you haven't activated volume control icon, go to Control Panel, Multimedia and check Show volume control in the task bar.

These assumes that you installed the correct driver for your PCI 128 soundcard.

I forgot to mention that Volume control need to be installed using Add/Remove Software.

Advance Button is activated using the option from the Volume control screen.

Start regedit(Run)
Find tone controls
change value 00 to 01
restart you computer
And voila you have Bass and Treble
This works with newest drivers and PCI 64 too.
