    Pentium 4 Cooling

I am looking for a more effiecient (better) way to cool my 1.5Ghz P4 other than the stock fan I have on it now. I have a blue orb that I bought a while ago... is that any better? I am very interested in a Peltier cooling unit... does anyone have any info on a Peltier for a Pentium 4? Thanks for all your help.. .recomendations are greatly appriciated.
