    Dirty Duron's and Athlon's

I have gunk from some old heatsink compound stuck on some cpu's I have laying around. What do you recommend to clean this stuff off?

    Thanks

Hey. Could you please elaborate on the vital spots? First time I've had to deal with Socket A cpu's.

Basically, you only care about the core (that little bump in the middle). The little copper dots and lines around the core are various connects that could screw the processor if damaged.
