How do I over clock celeron 466MHz Compaq?

I have a Compaq model# 5714 computer. I would like to increase my FSB from 66MHz to 75MHz or more. I can only find 2 jumper options on mother board. They are for pass word clearing or clearing the registery if it becomes corrupt. My bios has only a few options none include buss speed or jumper settings. Can some one help?

Short of tossing the motherboard in the bin and getting a new one, there's Soft FSB:
