    Is this too much?

    Because of stability I had to increase my I/O voltage by .1V. In my BIOS readings I/O settings are at default 3.5 (so now it's 3.6V).

    Is this too much, won't this with time make any damage (like RAM sticks, chipset, ...)?

    The "standard" I/O voltage is 3.3V. If your default is 3.5V, then it already is 6% high. 3.6V would be 9%. 10% usually is considered conservative/safe.
